Food is very important at Aambal - the menu focuses on the local abundance of Wayanad and the amazing fresh seafood.
Our complimentary breakfast is a combination of Kerala cuisine made specially for you in our wood fired kitchen, home grown coffee and freshly cut seasonal fruit. During the day we offer lunch and dinner. Please let us know your choice in advance, 
so we can organise the best and freshest of ingredients, served informally around the pool. We offer complimentary tea and coffee in our dining area, at all times. All meals are served in the dining areas, we do not offer room service. We can organise an evening of good times around the camp fire, with a live barbecue counter, where in you can try your hand at grilling in our charcoal grill.
Breakfast Timings - 8 AM to 9.30 AM
Lunch 1 pm to 2.30 pm
Dinner 7.30 pm to 9.00
Please give us sufficient notice on food choices, in case you are staying back for lunch or dinner at Aambal. Lunch/dinner is on a chargeable basis.
