Terms and conditions :

1) The rates are inclusive of breakfast.

2) Billing is subject to Government taxes.

3) Guests are required to provide a Govt photo ID at the time of reservation and check in.

4) Check in time : 2.00 PM. Check out : 12 noon

5) No cancellation, amendment, postponement charges will be levied if we are informed 7 days prior to check-in (except in peak season) • 50 % of charges will be levied if cancellation, amendment or postponement is requested less than 7 days from check-in. • Refund of any valid cancellation amount will take 15 working days and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges

6) Term of payment – 50% at the time of booking.

7) Peak season occupancy – 2 nights minimum, on a non refundable basis. No amendments to bookings are allowed. 100% at time of booking.

8) Children above the age of 12 are considered as adults.

9) 2 children above the age of 12 – extra room

10) There is no capacity for cots at this property.
